At RADWAG Measurement Laboratory we calibrate:

RADWAG Measurement Laboratory, as a calibration laboratory, is accredited by the Polish Accreditation Center. This means that we meet the requirements of ISO 17025.

RMA Service Form – Where Can I Find the Link?
We have up to 5 years warranty on selected balances and scales models and service in all Polish branches. In our representative offices, we offer on-site and at the office service as well as full availability of spare parts.

Where Can I Find User Manuals and Conformity Declarations?
We care about the environment, so we limit the printing of documents, but you can find all the materials you need, such as user manuals and conformity declarations, on our website. Where?
Let’s say you are looking for the user manual and conformity declaration of the UYA 2.5Y Ultra-Microbalance. In the second menu from the top, you will find the “Documentation” tab. When you click it and scroll down, you’ll see the “User Manuals” category; here you’ll find both user manual and software manual as well as a startup guide. “Conformity Declarations” can be found below.

How to Run USB Free Link? Tutorial Video
Did you know that with RADWAG balances you can transfer weighing results to your computer? This is made possible by the USB Free Link functionality. Thanks to it, data transfer is done directly and doesn’t require any external tools or applications. All you need to do is connect the balance to your computer using a USB cable. After pressing the Print button on the balance, the data is automatically transferred to any active computer application, such as Word, Excel or Notepad, preserving text formatting.
