Why RADWAG and not the Competition? Benefits of Choosing Our Company’s Products

Trouble-free, low-cost operation for many years, a wide range of services, and full availability of spare parts at any of our warehouses in the country and abroad – this sets us apart from our competitors.

Our mission

We consider it our mission to make life easier for users around the world by creating innovative weighing devices as well as the services and accessories that support them. We do everything in our power to ensure that our products meet your needs.

Why should you bet on our company’s products?

First of all, RADWAG production devices are trouble-free and economical to operate.

Why RADWAG and not the Competition? Benefits of Choosing Our Company’s Products

The durability of the product depends on the precision of the process. The key role in this process is played by our design team, which watches over the weighing device at every stage of its creation – from the initial concept to the finished product refined to the smallest detail. We carry out our projects in such a way that we do not lose anything that we have achieved together in the creative process.

In turn, already in the production phase, we carry out inspections and tests: we check the compliance of the dimensions of the device components with our guidelines, we control the metrological parameters, and we test the finished product. We have to make sure that the device works properly and meets the expectations of the most demanding users.

A not insignificant influence on the reliability of our devices is the excellent quality and durability of parts, components and materials. At the same time, spare parts for RADWAG production equipment are attractively priced, which affects the low cost of their operation. All this, combined with low power consumption, makes our balances and scales energy-efficient, or simply economical.

Secondly, when you become our customer, you can count on a wide range of services.

  • Professional service at the pre-sales, sales and post-sales stages
  • Installation and commissioning of the equipment
  • Validation
  • Calibration
  • Service both on site and at the customer’s location

– all this we guarantee you.

Why RADWAG and not the Competition? Benefits of Choosing Our Company’s Products

Third, we offer you full availability of spare parts in each of our warehouses in the country and abroad.

We keep our most popular products in stock, which significantly reduces the time it takes to ship your device. Each of our company’s six foreign representative offices has its own warehouse, which houses RADWAG’s most frequently bought products. If the product you order is in stock, we will ship it the same day.

We also have a set of spare parts in the warehouses.

Do you like working on our equipment? Or is there something you think we could improve? Write to us.
