Ambient Conditions Monitoring with THB-R 2.0 System

The THB-R 2.0 System is a comprehensive solution from RADWAG that will enable you to continuously monitor indoor ambient conditions.

It includes:

  • THB S Sensor,
  • THB P Sensor,
  • THB W Sensor,
  • THB R Box Ambient Conditions Recorder,
  • THB-R PC Software.

What Are the THB S and THB P Sensors Used for?

The THB S and THB P Sensors will allow you to perform measurements of temperature, atmospheric pressure, humidity, air density and the level of permissible vibrations directly at the workstation. After recording the level of permissible vibrations at the workstation, the sensors provide their value in the range from 0 to 100% of the reference value under laboratory conditions. Values above 100% are subject to the risk of mass measurement error greater than acceptable.

The sensors vary in accuracy:

  • THB S will enable you to read temperature with an accuracy of [d] 0.01 °C, pressure – [d] 0.1 hPa and humidity – [d] 0.1 %,
  • THB P will enable you to read temperature with an accuracy of [d] 0.001 °C, pressure – [d] 0.001 hPa and humidity – [d] 0.01 %.

The THB W Sensor and the THB R Box – Applications

The THB W Sensor will enable you to measure the temperature of liquids with an accuracy [d] of 0.01%.

The THB R Box is a stand-alone measuring device that works on a local computer network. It collects measurements of ambient conditions, stores databases, sends out alerts and warnings you configure, and generates a web page that provides you with measurements and configuration options.

What Are the Functions of THB-R PC Software?

THB-R is RADWAG’s proprietary software. With it, you can monitor and record ambient conditions indoors based on the data read from the measuring devices you find in our offer.

THB-R in Two Variants to Choose from

The software is available in two versions. You can choose from the following:

  • THB-R Single,
  • THB-R Multi.

THB-R Single will allow you to communicate with single sensors connected to the computer whereas THB-R Multi will allow you to communicate with multiple sensors at once connected to PC (directly or through a converter) or to THB-R Box.

What Possibilities Will the THB-R PC Software Open up for You?

THB-R will allow you to:

  • Communicate with the measuring equipment

The software is compatible with RADWAG-manufactured ambient conditions measuring equipment intended for operation with THB-R Single or THB-R Multi. Depending on which device you use, you will communicate via RS 232 serial port or USB.

THB-R Single

  • Present measurement data

The application carries out continuous readouts from measuring devices for air temperature, relative humidity, atmospheric pressure and vibrations. Additionally, it calculates air density. You will see the current values of the metrological parameters in the measurement result window or in a form of time graph from the last 5 minutes.

  • Archive measurement data

Your measurement results are stored in a local database. Data is saved to the database in accordance with set time interval. You can determine how database files are to be created: daily, weekly, monthly or all measurements stored in one database. THBR-Multi will additionally allow you to record measurements collected via the THBR ambient conditions recorder and save them to the measurements database.

THB-R Multi

  • Report measurement data

Your data can be presented as reports or graphs and printed out. The THBR PC Software installation package contains THB Network Viewer application which allows you and many other users of the local network to preview current indications of the weighing modules.

  • Configurate the measuring equipment

With the THB-R PC Software you will adjust the sensors according to their calibration parameters, to a varying degree depending on the version used.
